Late arrival may result in loss of participation without refund or compensation.

ACTIVITY CHANGES & COMPLAINTS

The activity leader reserves the right to modify or cancel any activity for safety reasons or unforeseen circumstances.

Complaints

Any complaints must be reported during the activity. Complaints submitted after the completion of the activity may not be accepted.

Accommodation

Room or accommodation allocation (if applicable) is done randomly and no specific preferences can be guaranteed.

Duration

The duration of activities is approximate and may vary depending on conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Full refund is provided only for cancellations made at least 5 days in advance

• Cancellations made less than 5 days before the activity are non-refundable

• No-shows are non-refundable

• Discounted bookings are non-refundable
